NPI COMPANY PROFILE

Our company, through its family of closely owned entities, has developed, built, managed, and wholly owned over 6 million square feet of real estate throughout much of the United States.

In 2006, we identified a shifting trend. Staying ahead of the curve and capitalizing on the abundant interest targeting real estate in the United States, our firm and its affiliates sold over 4 million square feet of its portfolio. This liquidity allows us to seek new opportunities and fully leverage our vertically integrated team to complete projects others deem too difficult. Our vertically integrated approach thrives on difficult, ambitious projects.

The Urban Living Room is NPI’s signature expression of creating purpose-built experiences. We pair the vibrancy of urban cores with the shared intimacy of living rooms to create places—not just spaces—that empower individuals and communities to thrive. The concept continues NPI’s legacy of developing in harmony with local landscapes to construct properties grown from their physical and cultural surroundings.

As the public epicenter of each development, the Urban Living Room is an open, inviting place that fosters civic connection and opportunity for those living, working, and playing within local communities. Our approach celebrates those moments made possible by a dense urban fabric, like a sidewalk encounter with a close friend or a celebratory gathering of neighbors.

We believe in the importance of battling urban sprawl by nurturing community, commerce, and connections through our work. The Urban Living Room allows these civic fundamentals to flourish by providing a lively place to come together and a new reason to belong.
