Project Manager and Office Coordinator
Stephanie Appert joined the NPI Team in 2015 as a Project Manager and Office Coordinator and is responsible for the coordination of multiple projects and the creation and implementation of efficient business processes. She also enhances the Team’s effectiveness by sourcing information to team members, vendors, and associates.
Stephanie is a dedicated professional with over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Working as a Meeting and Event Planner for ACNielsen, IBM, Pepsi and Gartner, Stephanie developed skills in global logistics, communication, and negotiation, which continues to benefit the NPI team.
As a Planner she researched, contracted and managed hospitality components for her clients – such as speakers, food and beverage, transportation, production, and promotional products for groups up to 2,000 people around the world. At Highcroft Racing, a championship motorsports team, Stephanie worked closely with the President and COO and was responsible for operations, communication, events and logistics.
Over the course of her career, she has built strong relationships with NPI’s partners, suppliers and the communities she has worked in. Her unique ability to anticipate needs and plan accordingly are key strengths which help the firm deliver successful results.
