Ryan McKee brings 17 years of construction and engineering experience with a diverse background in commercial construction and development.  For the past decade, Ryan has worked as both a Construction Manager as well as an Owner’s Representative on medium-large scale hospitality, commercial, and gaming projects.  Ryan has worked extensively with iconic owner-developers as well as top level architects and consultants on marquee projects such as the Four Seasons Orlando at Disney World Resort, The Beau Rivage Biloxi, Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino as well as a multitude of complex smaller projects including retail, high-end restaurants, and hotel facilities.

Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the United States Military Academy at West Point.  He served as an Engineer and worked in various aspects of construction and military engineering, including United States Corps of Engineers procurement and management of military and Department of Defense infrastructure projects, both domestically and overseas.

After completing his Masters of Science in Engineering Management degree at the Missouri University of Science and Technology, Ryan transitioned out of the military and into commercial construction where he worked with noteworthy clients such as MGM, Four Seasons, and Marriott to deliver world class facilities.

Ryan’s considerable experience in construction and design management on fast paced, large scale, multi-faceted projects brings a technical expertise in the design-build process including feasibility, cost control, schedule control, and program management.  His extensive experience in coordinating with designers, consultants, and engineers contributes to NPI’s ability to deliver completed facilities which support the development program and business models.  Ryan has an intimate understanding of hotel and food/beverage operator needs and requirements combined with a technical knowledge of building science and management.

Ryan is a LEED Accredited Professional and also an Engineer in Training (EIT) and holds certificates critical in the construction industry such as (safety, quality, waterproofing).
