Managing Director of Operations
Mohamed joins NP-International as Managing Director of Operations and is an industry expert with extensive international experience in operations and spearheading restaurant launches.
Born in Spain, Mohamed cultivated his passion for food during his visits to its many gastronomical towns, learning how various cultures influenced food, wine, and general dining habits. After kick starting his career in the fine dining scene of Madrid, he went on to further develop his skills by working for some of the most well recognized hospitality groups in the Middle East. His achievements include successfully launching the hospitality arm for one of the leading development companies in Qatar, which boasted names such as the 5-star Mondrian Hotel, Morimoto, Wolfgang Puck, Magnolia Bakery, and Shakespeare & Co.
He then moved to Dubai to become the Operations Manager for 4 European franchises overseeing over 40 outlets across multiple countries in the Middle East and North Africa. Within this period, he opened several hospitality outlets and played a key role in the company’s expansion.
Upon the recommendation of his mentor and industry icon, Michael Bonadies, Mohamed relocated to Miami to learn American-style service from the ground up. He joined The Genuine Hospitality Group by Chef Michael Schwartz, where he was able to hone his craft alongside the best in the business.
Following two promotions and now having a deep understanding of the U.S. market, Mohamed joined the NPI Team to lead the company’s operations and F&B programming and develop its hospitality brands both domestically and internationally.
