Bonadies, has projects ranging from developing the 5-star Mondrian Hotel in Doha, Qatar to re-imagining the guest experience for a West Indies resort to reinventing the hospitality and entertainment experience in Bentonville, Arkansas.
Among his recent clients are Morgans Hotel Group, Marriott International, Al Hamla Holdings, Grace Bay Resorts, Salamander Resort & Spa, the Empire State Building, Magnolia Bakery and Rope Swing Hospitality. Additionally, Bonadies led the development and success of the award-winning 21c Museum Hotel and its rollout.
Bonadies was also Founding Partner of Drew Nieporent’s Myriad Restaurant Group, which has created, owned and operated such globally acclaimed restaurants as Nobu (New York and London), Montrachet, Tribeca Grill, and Rubicon.
Currently, Bonadies serves on Casa Chameleon’s Management Team, and is a member of the Board of Directors for Tupelo Honey Café, an Asheville, NC based casual fine dining chain that is rapidly expanding across the Southeastern US.
