Urban Living Room

Location: Coral Gables, FL

The Urban Living Room is NPI’s signature expression of creating purpose built experiences.  We pair the vibrancy of urban cores with the shared intimacy of living rooms to create places—not just spaces—that empower individuals and communities to thrive.  The concept continues NPI’s legacy of developing in harmony with local landscapes to construct properties grown from their physical and cultural surroundings.

As the public center of each development, the Urban Living Room is an open, inviting place that fosters civic connection and opportunity for those living, working and playing within local communities.  Our approach celebrates those moments made possible by a dense urban fabric, like a sidewalk encounter with a close friend or a celebratory gathering of neighbors.

We believe in the importance of battling urban sprawl by nurturing community, commerce and connections through our work.  The Urban Living Room allows these civic fundamentals to flourish by providing a lively place to come together and a new reason to belong.
