Village Point University of Florida

Location: Gainesville, FL

The Village Point is a 64-acre, mixed-use project located in Gainesville, Florida at the West entrance of the University of Florida. The land along the northern boundary will remain a protected wetland sanctuary and serve as a natural amenity and research park for the University of Florida and the City of Gainesville. The project is currently under construction with Phase 1 including over 256 multi-family units, and the master infrastructure and roadway network.  Phase 2, which will commence in June of 2014, will encompass a 130-room internationally-branded hotel including the proposed City of Gainesville’s Convention and Cultural Arts Hub with over 50,000 square feet of meeting space. Additionally, the  project will include big box retail, office, commercial and supporting amenities for the overall master-planned community.

The River Walk Project is an urban re-development that is planned to complement the City’s growth and revitalization along the Schuykill River in downtown Philadelphia. The project encompasses over 8.5 acres which will include residential, commercial, retail, hospitality and other community amenities serving the Logan Square neighborhood and surrounding areas.
