NP-International has completed the historically-sensitive full rehabilitation of the iconic 100-year-old Burch Building. NPI is utilizing the Building’s unprecedented visibility to support strong retail tenants and maximize exposure for office users. The Building accommodates the highest quality tenants in authentic urban spaces, worthy of the historic Lowry Hill Neighborhood.
The Burch Building was recently named one of the Top Projects of 2013 by Finance & Commerce.
WEST 38TH PLANNED COMMUNITY: UNIVERSITY OF FLORIDA
Location: Gainesville, FL
West 38th is a 64-acre, mixed-use project located in Gainesville, Florida at the West entrance of the University of Florida. The land along the northern boundary will remain a protected wetland sanctuary and serve as a natural amenity and research park for the University of Florida and the City of Gainesville. Phase 1 of the development was completed and leased in 2015, including over 256 multi-family units, and the master infrastructure and roadway network. Phase 2, which will commence in late 2016, will encompass a 146-room Aloft Hotel. Additionally, the latter phases of the project will include a mix of large and mid-scale retail, office, commercial and supporting amenities for the overall master-planned community.

River Walk Philadelphia
Location: Philadelphia, PA
The River Walk Project is an urban re-development that is planned to complement the City’s growth and revitalization along the Schuykill River in downtown Philadelphia. The project encompasses over 8.5 acres which will include residential, commercial, retail, hospitality and other community amenities serving the Logan Square neighborhood and surrounding areas. After carrying the project through an extensive planning and approval process and capitalizing on an opportunity to maximize the return on investment, Garrison Investment Group in conjunction NP International sold the River Walk Project in mid 2015.
