• Expand our ground-up development portfolio in key market niches where our development expertise can provide added value due to project complexity.
• Target opportunistic real estate investments from distressed developers, owners, or lenders that provide high yielding returns in key markets in the US and Latin America.
• Optimize existing assets by exercising financial discipline, minimizing risks, reducing costs, seeking efficiency in all business operations, and replenishing liquidity.
