A corporate history that dates back to 1890 and the completion of over 2.0 billion dollars of construction including many large scale government and infrastructure projects give NP International a level of experience few can match. The company, through its family of closely owned entities, has developed, built, managed, and wholly owned over 6 million square feet of real estate throughout much of the United States.

Strategic management has positioned the firm to continue its legacy of consistent growth for the coming years:

As early as 2004, its principals entered the Costa Rican market ahead of the real estate investment rush that would follow there over the next 5 years. Its tremendous success in setting up operations, organizing a highly talented development team, achieving entitlements, and creating strategic alliances with respected local organizations and land owners earned the firm numerous accolades. NPI's Latin experience spans various sizes and scopes: from a large hospitality/residential project, to a local commercial center, to a suburban condominium complex, and a luxury boutique hotel. Because of NPI's strong government ties one of our principals has had the honor of helping to write the laws that implement the most advanced desalinization technology available for the country.

Capitalizing on the abundant interest targeting real estate in the United States, the firm sold over 4 million square feet of its portfolio in 2006. This capital and liquidity has allowed the company to take advantage of market inefficiencies under current economic conditions. Now well-positioned to follow a strategic plan for growth, the company, through its new venture NP International, is targeting opportunistic real estate investments in key domestic markets as well as expanding its investments in the emerging markets of Latin America.

The company currently operates headquarters in both Minneapolis, Minnesota and San José, Costa Rica. Its vertically integrated team includes expertise in finance, development, design, engineering, construction management, marketing, and property management to provide its clients with a full complement of first class services and complete development programming on projects with a wide range of scopes and complexities.
